AI policy

We use AI as a tool for our engineers, not a replacement for their judgment.

AI assists us with code, tests, and documentation. Every change is reviewed by a person who understands it and takes responsibility for it. Technical and product decisions remain the team’s responsibility.

Our principle is to keep sensitive client information out of unapproved AI tools. The operational data and tools policy has yet to be finalized; it must define permitted information, approved tools, and review responsibilities before project data is introduced.

This policy may be updated as our tools and practices evolve.
